Our mission
We don’t come from a catalog.
Storage isn’t about shelves and rods. It’s about whether your morning starts with a fight against your own closet. We design for how life actually works in Durango because it’s how we live too: same mud, same skis, same bikes on the same racks. Not a national catalog adapted to Colorado. Built for here, by people who are from here.
Local isn’t a slogan. It’s our kids’ school.
Our kids go to public school here. Willow sits on the board of the Durango Chamber of Commerce. You’ll see us at community events and buying a rotisserie at City Market the week after we install your closet.
And when you call, you dial a local number and a local human answers. You can walk into our shop at 190 Turner Drive and watch your storage as it’s being made, right here, by our own crew. We’ve done exactly that since 2008, long enough that Durango isn’t where the business is located, it’s home.

Your layout is designed in-house, around your life, not pulled from a national catalog. You review and approve every detail before we build.

Every piece is manufactured right here at our Durango shop on Turner Drive. Made to order, not shipped from a warehouse three states away.
Expert Installation
Our own crew installs it. Everyone is background-checked, local, and in the same building as the people who designed and built it.

Colorado Closets Plus designs and installs custom closets and cabinets for homeowners across Durango and Southwest Colorado, all designed, built, and finished at our shop on Turner Drive.
From there we travel: Telluride, Pagosa Springs, Ouray, Cortez, and throughout La Plata, San Juan, and Montezuma counties. If you’re within driving distance of Durango, chances are good we serve your town.
